The Council of Bars and Law Societies of Europe (CCBE), which represents more than 700,000 European lawyers through its members Bars and Law Societies of the European Union and the European Economic Area, supports the opening of the European Judicial Network in civil and commercial matters to the legal professions.
The International Bar Association’s Human Rights Institute (IBAHRI) and the Council of Bars and Law Societies of Europe (CCBE) commend the significant efforts made by the Polish Government, since its election in October 2007, to improve the standard of the rule of law in Poland.
